We ship to all states in the USA, some countries in America, Europe and Australia.

Standard Delivery. We are pleased to provide standard delivery at no additional cost. We aim to dispatch your item(s) the next day the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays) and will aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days provided that the order is placed before 8pm on Monday to Friday and within the USA. Shipping time out of USA will take 5 to 7 days to be delivered. Please be aware if you place an order on a weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday

Express Delivery. We are pleased to provide a same day delivery service be it weekends and/or public holidays at an extra cost provided that the order is placed before 8pm and will aim to deliver within 2 to 3 working days within the USA.

Delivery Duration. You can see the estimated dispatch time of your order online using your tracking information which will be provided to you by our courier used. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Safety Guidelines

• Abuse of the service or our staff will result in denial of service.
• Driver carries no product other than your order.
• Order must be final when you click ‘submit’.
• Driver vehicles have security cameras and are tracked via GPS through security headquarters.
• Drivers retain the right to refuse service to anyone.
• We will only deliver to a residence, your work or hotel where you are checked in. Addresses and contact numbers will be verified.

Our drivers will be in uniform and not in a marked car. Drivers are randomly and anonymously followed by our trained safety personnel to ensure best practices.

Deliveries are packaged in disguised pharmaceutical boxes and vacuum sealed using aluminium laminated Mylar seal pouches
